Morning becomes laborious (listening to Pretty Thing)

Q-vo gente, this AM I added a few more links to (Recycled) Cholo Knows .... sanTana school district is now plugged so read their agendas, I also added some cultura with access to La Bloga, KCRW and Nacional Records ... they'r firme outlets .... then, in honor of the fruits of everyone's labor, Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE) is now con nosotros ... so gente, enjoy reading about OC's political economia and its surrounding barrios ....

Tambien, I've been in touch with a local retired artista, Roberto "Bob" Sarmiento ... simon, he's a UCI Masters of Fine Arts veterano and he's the artista behind that firme 1974 mural "Birth of La Raza" (shown here) that sits permanently in San Diego's Chicano Park ... simon, back then, he lead led a group of artistas and volunteers to paint murals throughout Barrio OC including that infamous mural at El Salvador park aqui en sanTana which is still breathing behind the swimming pool walls, covered by pinche layers of ciudad paint .... so join us during the next few months as Bob takes us on an exclusive tour of his work which are Barrio OC's first and foremost Chicano murals .... orale ... oh and simon, the Sarmientos have been around since then ....

Have a good one homies and excuse me porque un frio Wild Turkey me llame ...
